Beth Carey is an associate who concentrates her practice in the areas of business law, employment law, real estate, estate planning and probate. She represents businesses and individuals in the purchase and sale of residential and commercial real property. She regularly advises businesses on a variety of matters including: formation, regulatory compliance, succession planning, and employment related issues. Ms. Carey enjoys working directly with her clients to assist them in meeting their legal needs. She serves as a member of the Board of Directors of Trinity Alliance of the Capital Region, Inc., a local social services agency serving Albany's inner-city.
