Attorney: Conor E. Brownell

Conor Brownell is an associate who served as a law clerk for the Appellate Division, Third Department before coming to the firm and now concentrates his practice in the areas of commercial litigation, collection law and landlord-tenant law. He represents primarily medium sized businesses in contract disputes. Along with his collection practice, Mr. Brownell has litigated on behalf of real estate developers, contractors, purchasers, and sellers, in various real property sales, and construction disputes. Mr. Brownell also serves as a lecturer for the New York State Bar Association and the National Business Institute at several CLE's on Collection Law. He is an active member of the Rotary and serves on the charitable board of that organization.
