David E. Siegfeld is a partner who has been practicing law since 1996. David began his professional legal career as an Assistant Attorney General in the Charities Bureau concentrating in the area of Trusts & Estates and Not-for-Profit Law. Since joining the firm in 1999, David has broadened his practice and currently counsels businesses and individuals on a wide range of business transactional and planning matters, commercial and residential real estate transactions, estate litigation, planning & probate matters. David's expertise has been recognized by local Surrogate's Court Judges who have called upon him to assist in complicated estate litigation and probate matters on behalf of incapacitated individuals. While devoting most of his free time to raising his young family, David also sits on the Board of Governors and is Treasurer for the Endowment Board of the United Jewish Federation of Northeastern New York.
