Rob Ganz is a partner who has devoted more than 30 years in his practice of law to resolving business disputes either through agreement or, if necessary, through effective litigation. His work has been recognized by his peers through his selection as a "Super Lawyer" in 2007, 2008 and 2009 in the area of "Commercial Litigation." His success has also been recognized by his fellow attorneys who have referred him the challenging commercial law cases which they do not feel prepared to undertake. This litigation expertise has also given him the insight which enables him to give advice and draft business agreements so that his clients can avoid lawsuits. Through his deep involvement in the Capital District community, he has developed a nuanced understanding of the community in which his business clients operate.
